You have recently become the proprietor of your own xt:Commerce-Shop, but you do not want to or are not able to take care of its professional installation by yourself?

That is not a problem at all. We will upload your shop to your chosen server and install it on your behalf, equipping it with your firm’s data.

Furthermore, we will set up and/or configure your e-mail options, forwarding expenses, terms of payment and other business data.

Our Offer Includes:

• the upload of your shop to your server or webspace
• the installation of your shop
• the setup of your customer account
• the setup of your e-mail options
• the configuration of forwarding expenses
• the setup of terms of payment

Once we have received your order, we will need following data for installation:

• Your shop’s URL
• FTP login details (username, password)
• Access data of the database that shall be used for your shop (name and server of the database, user name, password)
• After having placed your order with us, please send the above data to installation@xtcommerce.com, stating your order number.
• We will execute the installation within 48 hours (working days) after the receipt of your payment.

This offer does not include any setups or configurations that might need programming services. These must be ordered separately.

Shop software + support for 12 months are also not encluded and must be ordered separately if needed.
